  • Transit Time: 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 6–12 business days.
  • Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
  • Time Zone: (EDT).

Note: Our products are shipped from our logistics center in China. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or extreme weather conditions.

4. Delivery area

Popelia ships exclusively to private households and business addresses within United States. We do not ship to PO Box addresses, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) or restricted areas.

5. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

In the event of failed delivery attempts, incorrect address information or undelivered packages, orders may be returned to us. We will contact you if this occurs and arrange a new shipment, which may incur additional shipping costs.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via email at: info@popelia.com. Our team will promptly coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and work toward a suitable resolution as quickly as possible
