1. General Shipping Information

We currently ship throughout the United States. Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Here's what to expect once your order is processed:

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Transit Time: 6–12 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 8–15 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM (ET) Florida. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
  • Time Zone:  (ET), Florida

Note: Our products are shipped from our logistics center in China. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or extreme weather conditions.

4. Delivery Area

Popelia ships exclusively to private households and business addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO Box addresses, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) or restricted areas.

5. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

In the event of failed delivery attempts, incorrect address information or undelivered packages, orders may be returned to us. We will contact you if this occurs and arrange a new shipment, which may incur additional shipping costs.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via email at info@popelia.com. Our team will promptly coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and work toward a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
