Is shipping free?

Yes. Shipping within United States is always free at Popelia. Every item is prepared with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Can I have my order sent to a collection point?

Currently, we only deliver to the address you provide during the checkout process. We do not offer deliveries to pick up points or parcel lockers.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our shipping times are as follows:

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time: 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total Delivery Time: 6–12 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM
  • Time Zone: (EDT)

Note: Our products are shipped from our logistics center in China. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or extreme weather conditions.

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return an item if you are not satisfied. Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and with their original tags attached.

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 15 minutes of ordering. After this timeframe, orders are automatically processed in our system and requests after this time will be denied. You can return your order for a full refund after it is received.

How can I return an item?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service by email at: info@popelia.com to obtain a return number and detailed instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your package. You can also use our Track your order page.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of receiving the package and send us:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the article
  • Photos of the packaging

We will find a quick and fair solution.
