Returns Refund Policy

At Popelia, operated by UNYX LLC, your satisfaction is important to us. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it with ease. We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase.

Note: Our products are shipped from our logistics center in China. Delivery time to the United States is usually 8–15 business days(Monday to Friday).

Return Period Conditions

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order. Returns are accepted only for new, unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure that all tags, accessories, and accompanying documents are included.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been processed for shipment. To request a cancellation, contact us at info@popelia.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Types of Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the shipping costs.
  • If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g. incorrect size, change of mind, or dissatisfaction), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. In these cases, the customer is responsible for arranging the return shipping label. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • No restocking fees: No additional fees are charged for returns.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us by email at info@popelia.com, including your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. You will receive a return authorization along with detailed return instructions.
  3. Securely package the item in its original packaging.
  4. Drop off the package with a shipping carrier of your choice if you are arranging the return yourself.
  5. For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will provide a free return shipping label.

Please keep your proof of shipment until your refund has been completed.

Note: Returns are sent to our return facility in China. The exact return address will be provided after you contact our customer service team.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days (Monday to Friday).

Exchanges

If you would prefer a different item, color, or size, our customer service team will be happy to assist you with a quick and easy exchange. Simply contact us for support.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene or safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return. Any such items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the respective product page.
